Is Control-Alt-Delete really a mistake? As Bill Gates itself admittedly that Control-Alt-Delete was a mistake to use to log into a PC. As you know the three-finger combination was feature in Windows operation system since the earliest days of PC.
It was a mistake, We could have had a single button, but the guy who did the IBM keyboard design didn’t wanna give us our single button. – Bill Gates
The keyboard shortcut was invented by IBM engineer David Bradley, but it was made famous by Gates.
Personally, I think Control-Alt-Delete is an awesome choice than a single button that was favor by Gates. You don’t want someone to play a prank on you, making all your work go down the drain with just a click of a button.
