As part of Surf’s 25th anniversary promo, the company tapped Cebuana Lhuillier to provide free P25 Smart prepaid load to customers who participate on their promotion.
To join, customers need to present any combinations of the following Surf sachets in any of over 1,500 Cebuana Lhuillier branches nationwide:
- 12 sachets of Surf 5-in-1 Powders
- 6 sachets of other Surf Powders
Also, customers need to fill out a sheet with the following information:
- Name
- Address
- Mobile Number
- Number of sachets presented
- Total SMS redeemed
- Signature of the client
After presenting the needed requirements, customers just need to wait for the free Smart SMS load. Promo will run from February 17 – March 18, 2013 but redemption of free SMS will be until May 17, 2013.

As of now, we haven’t received any advised yet if Talk N Text is included in the promo. But, you may directly ask the nearest Cebuana Lhuillier since they are the ones giving the P25 load.
