On March 20, 2019, the National Association of Data Protection Officers of the Philippines (NADPOP) will be gathering the country’s data privacy professionals, practitioners, and enthusiasts in the first 1*DATA Privacy & Security Solutions Day at Shangri-La, Makati City.

1*DATA promised to “bring together thought leaders and solutions providers from the government and private sector” to share and discuss topics concerning the booming industry.

Among the prominent speakers invited are the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) Acting Secretary Eliseo Rio Jr., International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) Asia Advisory Board Member Dondi Mapa and UnionBank of the Philippines Chief Technology and Operations Officer Henry Aguda.
