PLDT, Smart launch JUMP Experience Center as the newest Technology Hub

Philippine’s top brand names in multimedia technology recently launched something new in terms of customer experience. PLDT, Smart, TV5 and Signal HD opened the first JUMP Experience Center located in Cyberzone, SM Megamall.

According to PLDT Group of Companies, JUMP is ‘a bold shift from the usual retail center to a cutting-edge display of convergence and innovation.’ This is the go-to place if you want to experience first hand the latest technology and gadgets related to internet and mobile phone consumers as well as home and business solutions.

JUMP Center is divided into eight sections each holding specific venues: JUMP Avatar where you can try playing with the Augmented Reality technology, Springboard where technology-related trainings and workshops will be conducted for FREE, JUMP Squad where customer service is located, Panorama where you can watch from the store’s 82″ Panorama multi-touchscreen how PLDT and its sister companies change lives through their products and services, Arena where future product releases will be held, Solutions Zone where you can get assistance on your home and business needs and concerns, Stay Connected where Mobile, Internet and International zones are located each servicing products and offers suitable for your needs, and JUMP Billboard which features something about JUMP and activities happening inside the center shown via the wide LCD.

I think JUMP is the pioneer store in the country to open such a big technology area for all tech enthuasiasts and regular consumers.
