Sony released today an accessory to their Android-powered Xperia smartphone series. Branded as SmartWatch, this iPod Nano-like high-tech watch is a bluetooth-enabled device with a 1.3-inch OLED touch display that can read SMS, calendar reminders, and email on display as well as access to social networking sites like Facebook and Twitter.
