With SMART’s recent release of it’s very own smartphone – SMART Netphone, Globe counterattaked this marketing strategy by releasing a portal that will allow users to access Facebook, Twitter and even emails for free without the ‘need to spend for a new internet phone.’

With m.Globe, users can access their Facebook, Twitter and email accounts using their internet-capable phones via myGlobe Connect (APN: http://www.globe.com.ph/).

To access the service, Globe subscribers both in postpaid and prepaid just need to text m.Globe to 2910. Android users can download the app by visiting http://m.globe.com.ph/.
