I just received a text message from saying that Smart Telecommunications was able secure partnership with MoneyGram for remittance services. Here’s the text message:

I browse through the internet regarding this new service of Smart Money and find out that it just started recently. Now, Filipinos will have more convenient ways on how they could send money to their loved ones here in the Philippines. They could withdraw their remittances using their Smart Money cards in any ATMs nationwide. That’s totally hassle-free and cheap. Kudos to Smart and MoneyGram!
