Today, multiple Filipino blogs are being blocked by Google Chrome saying that one of if its contents is associated to a malware distributor.
If you happen to access a blog with ‘Top Blog Philippines” widget embedded, you’ll first be redirected to a Chrome page where it notifies you of the danger of the blog that you’re about to visit. It particularly mentioned the domain of ‘Top Blog Philippines’ as a ‘known malware distributor.’
On Google’s Safe Browsing Diagnostic page, it said: “Of the 127 pages we tested on the site over the past 90 days, 29 page(s) resulted in malicious software being downloaded and installed without user consent. The last time Google visited this site was on 2014-04-27, and the last time suspicious content was found on this site was on 2014-04-27.
Malicious software includes 78 exploit(s). Successful infection resulted in an average of 2 new process(es) on the target machine.”
On its outdated Facebook Fan Page, ‘Top Blogs Philippines’ claims to be the country’s ‘#1 largest blog directory’ for more than five years.
Affected blogs and sites are advised to take down the codes associated to ‘Top Blog Philippines.’

Seems to work fine for me so far. Has anyone else checked their site? Or not seeing mine?
If you have removed the Top Blog PH widget or any links related to it, you should all be good.
