Sun Cellular, the country’s third telco player, launched the lowest fixed postpaid plan – the Sun Budget 99 Plan.

The new Sun Budget 99 Plan is a fully consumable postpaid subscription that offers free 50 texts to all networks.

Unlike any other Sun postpaid deals that offer its popular unlimited texts and calls service within the same network, the Sun Budget 99 Plan has a lower Sun-Sun rates. Sun-to-Sun text rate is just 10 centavos (Php0.10) while Sun-to-Sun calls is just PhP3. Is this the start of Sun’s non-unlimited service? The network is known for offering unlimited text and call rates for Sun-to-Sun communications.

The Sun Budget 99 Plan has no lock-in period which is perfect for students and budget-conscious customers. It also  has Anti-Bill Shock cap of PhP150 for SMS and PhP150 for calls.

What do you think of this new postpaid offering from Sun?
