The Philippines may not be part of the BlackBerry 10 Jam World Tour list but the PinoyBBDev (Philippine BlackBerry Developer Group) recently announced that they’ll be hosting a Mini BlackBerry 10 Jam in the country for local based developers.

The Mini BlackBerry 10 Jam, the brand’s ‘series of full-day events dedicated to providing the developer community with insights on the BlackBerry 10 platform; its strengths, the vision, and how developers can make apps that stand out to app-hungry BlackBerry users,’ is in partnership with Research in Motion and GlobeLabs. This two-session event will be on 2nd and 3rd of August, 2012 at the Globe Showroom in Makati City from 6pm to 9pm with the special speaker from RIM Singapore, Justin Lee (Application Development Consultant).

The registration for the event is free but of limited slots.
On the first day, the session will focus on C++ Game Development with BlackBerry 10. Attend the session to know more about how you can create cool games in BlackBerry 10. Justin Lee, Application Development Consultant from RIM will be showing us how!

For the second day, session is about what’s new in BlackBerry 10 SDK Release 6. Attend the session to know the new features, tools and roadmap of the SDKs. If you have any questions about the BlackBerry 10, list it down and attend this session!
