Google_Web_History

Most of us may not be aware that whenever we search something in Google, it is being tracked and recorded. Google has a service called Web History which automatically turns on when you create a Google account.

Google Web History offers personalized web results using all those previous searches they’ve gathered. Among those that are being recorded are search queries, search results and the pages that you’ve visited.

If you find this service invading your privacy, you actually have an option to disable it. You can check it here: Turn off your Google Web History.

Another good way to get rid of Google Web History is by using the incognito mode if you’re using Chrome. Firefox and Internet Explorer have a similar private browser as well that are not covered by this Google service.
